OPP ( Oriented Polypropylene)

OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) is a particularly popular bag materialwhen it comes to transparent, high-quality packaging . Due to its special orientation in the manufacturing process, OPP has a higher transparency than CPP, which enables a particularly clear view of the packaged product - ideal for appealing product presentations.

The material has a high-gloss surface , giving it a sophisticated look on the shelf. Typical of OPP is the pleasant cracklingthat signals fresh quality when the packaging is opened. At the same time, OPP is taste and odorless and food-safe, making it ideal for direct contact with food.

In addition to the visual effect, OPP also offers good stiffness, excellent printing properties and very good processability - an optimum solution for dimensionally stable and visually appealing pouch packaging.

CPP (cast polypropylene)

CPP is food-safe, taste- and odorless - making it ideal for packaging where freshness and product safety are paramount. The material has a smooth, high-gloss surface, which not only gives it an elegant appearance, but also enables clear product presentation. Another characteristic feature of CPP is its crackling behavior, which is perceived as a fresh and hygienic signal when opened and touched.

CPP is slightly less transparentthan other types of film, but offers excellent tear resistance, sealability and thermal resistance - perfect for applications where durability and protection are crucial.

LDPE (low-density polyethylene)

LDPE (low-density polyethylene) is a widely used plastic for pouch packaging, which is particularly impressive due to its soft, elastic structure. The material is light, has a transparent appearance and has a characteristic, slightly waxy surfacethat is pleasant to the touch.

LDPE is food-safe and is ideal for direct contact with sensitive products such as food. Thanks to its high stretchability and tear resistance , it is particularly versatile - from simple pressure-seal bags to sturdy packaging for heavy contents.

The combination of softness, flexibility and safety makes LDPE an ideal material for packaging solutions where both protection and convenient handling are required.

HDPE (high-density polyethylene)

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is a particularly stable plasticthat is often used for bags and film packaging in the food sector. Compared to LDPE, HDPE is more rigid, has a matted surface and has an overall stronger and more dimensionally stable.

Typical for HDPE is its milky white look, which is particularly suitable for discrete or technical packaging. Despite its higher strength, HDPE remains light and is characterized by the crackling typical of fresh products when touched. Naturally, the material is food-safe, odorless and tasteless and therefore ideal for direct contact with food.

Thanks to its high density , HDPE offers a good barrier effect against moisture and is therefore a reliable material for hygienic and functional packaging solutions.

VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor)

VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) is a special bag material based on polyethylenethat not only packages, but actively protects. The corrosion protection molecules incorporated into VCI film provide an invisible protective film for metallic surfaces - without the need for additional oiling or post-treatment.

VCI bags are particularly suitable for packaging metal parts, machine components and toolsthat need to be protected from rust and oxidation during storage or transportation. The material is food-safe (depending on type), recyclable and easy to use: Insert metal parts, seal - and protected.

The polyethylene base makes the bag flexible, tear-resistant and moisture-repellent, while the VCI active ingredients continuously release corrosion-inhibiting vapors that adhere to metallic surfaces.
